At Wear Street, your satisfaction is our priority. This Refund Policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds for your orders.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We accept refund or exchange requests within 14 days of delivery if the item:

  • Is unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
  • Is returned in the original packaging with tags attached.
  • Has proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

2. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Underwear, swimwear, or intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
  • Digital products or downloadable content

3. Refund Process

  1. Contact us through our Contact Page within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. We’ll provide a return authorization and address.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  4. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • First check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  • Then contact your bank or credit card company — processing times vary.
  • If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@wearstreet.store.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@wearstreet.store.

6. Shipping Returns

To return your product, please use the return address provided by our customer support team. You’ll be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
